No matter which brand brought you here, we trust you to give your 100% honest feedback on what you love, what you don't love, and how we can improve.

What is the purpose of the Friends & Family program?
The program was created to provide our key influencers with exclusive opportunities to review new products while providing consumers more information including honest and unbiased feedback from some of Kids2's most trusted reviewers.
How can you join the program?
Kids2 Friends & Family is an invitation-only program. There are several ways to be invited to join the program which include the following: Kids2 employee, Kids2 social media, Kids2 website or Friends & Family member referral. Based on demonstrated interest when they complete sign-up, members are invited by email to request a product to review.
How are Friends & Family members selected?
Friends & Family members are selected based on several criteria and by their demonstrated interest in the types of products that are featured in the program. Consumers who consistently write helpful reviews in specific product categories are more likely to be invited more frequently to participate in the program.
Are Friends & Family members expected to write only positive reviews?
No. We welcome honest opinions about the product - positive or negative.
Are Friends & Family members paid for writing reviews or pressured to write favorable reviews?
No. Friends & Family member are not paid to participate in the program and write reviews. Once they are invited into the program, to maintain their status as an active member of Friends & Family, they must review all of the selected products within 30 days of receipt. The products they receive through the program are theirs to keep after they complete their review.
If a Friends & Family member writes a negative review, will it impact their reviewer status?
No. Writing a negative review will not impact a member's status.
Do Friends & Family members receive products before they are released?
Yes. In some instances, pre-release products will be available to review prior to launch. For products not yet available on to the public, we'll save your reviews and post them once the product is offered at retailers.
